Ball Out

The BALL OUT grant will provide selected soccer programs with essential soccer equipment, enabling them to establish or enhance their soccer programs. $11,000 – $60,000 a year is the range in equipment cost of a youth club and $1,472 a year is the average out of pocket expense for parents.
In 2022 there was an 8% increase in youth play in soccer totally over 2.25+ million participants between the ages of 6 -12 years old.

FIGure Out

The FIGure OUT Program is a tree planting initiative designed to inspire and teach how to propagate trees from existing ones, helping to repopulate the world and reduce carbon emissions. As farmers, our program focuses on techniques for propagating fig trees that can be applied to all tree species.

GWC STEA2M (George Washington Carver: Science Technology Engineering Agriculture Arts Mathematics) is a community and university collective of educators dedicated to advocating for and advancing racial justice and equity in STEM education

The inaugural FIGure OUT program held at Fresno State through the GWC STEA2M Program

On July 15th, 2024 Amarikwa Acres launched the first FIGure OUT Program at Fresno State College, in collaboration with the Amarikwa Family Foundation and Jewel of Justice . The FIGure OUT Program is a tree planting initiative designed to inspire and teach how to propagate trees from existing ones, helping to repopulate the world and reduce carbon emissions. As farmers, our program focuses on techniques for propagating fig trees that can be applied to all tree species.

By 2030, our aim is to impact 1M kids through our programming. This is an ambitious goal we have set for ourselves but aim high, as creating opportunities and expanding access has no limits
