Board of Advisors

Charles is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of California with an impressive career spanning 38 years in electrical power, communication and control systems. His vast expertise encompasses a wide range of areas, including designing Electric Vehicle (EV) Infrastructure and Fleet Electrification projects, as well as developing utility-scale Renewable and Thermal power systems. Charles' extensive experience also extends to overseeing the construction of these projects, providing specialized consulting, project management, and implementing control system (SCADA) applications for commercial and heavy industrial clients.

Patricia Williams

After a successful 28-year career, as a Senior Manager in a large corporation, Trish decided to pursue her lifeliong passion for plants. She made a transition to fulfilling career as the owner and operator of "The Gray Pot", a platn and succulent business. In this new venture, she dedicates herself to nurturing growth, cultivating natural beauty, and educating others about the wellness benefits of owning plants. Through her work, she spreads peace, love and wellness while sharing her knowledge with others. In addition to her passion for plants, she also cherishes spending quality time with her grandsons "The 3 Bears" and exploring new destinations through travel.

Kirk Williams

Kirk Williams retired as UPS Customer Counter Clerk, but began his humble beginning at UPS in 1989 as a Package Car Driver. He brings to the organization over 25+ years in delivery services and customer service.

Ron Manning

Ron Manning is a Police Sergeant of The City of Fresno.

MaTasha Bailey

Matasha has a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology. She began at Golden State Family Services as a Social Worker Intern and has held the position of Program Director since 2003, and currently oversees the Fresno Office. Prior to Golden State Family Services, Matasha worked as a Probation Officer for eight years. Her experience with probation has provided her insight in working with children placed in foster care.

Winona Dorris

Winona is Principal for CFO 4 Nonprofits, and has been in the industry for 30+ years. As a hands-on executive and subject matter expert, Winona can seamlessly move between the detail and communicating the results to the Board of Directors. She holds a Bachelor’s in accounting, an MBA, a Graduate Masters Certificate in Taxation, and is a certified tax preparer.
